Release and Reign is a guided wellness experience created for people who want more than surface level goal setting. This gathering focuses on letting go of what no longer serves you and creating space to move forward with clarity and grounded power.

A guided release experience is part of this gathering. Participants will be invited to write down thoughts, habits, or patterns they are ready to let go of and symbolically release them in a safe and intentional way. This experience is designed to support emotional clarity and closure, not force or overwhelm. Participation is always optional, and alternative options are available.

Through intentional movement, a symbolic release experience, guided reflection, and intention setting, this experience supports real reset before deciding what comes next.

This space prioritizes emotional safety, nervous system care, and choice. Silence is welcome. Participation is always optional.
