Join us for a powerful and intimate gathering created to support women through connection, open conversation, and healing. This healing circle is a safe, judgment-free space where women can share whatever feels heavy on their hearts and minds, be heard, and feel supported.

For many, 2025 has been a challenging year, and this experience is an opportunity to pause, exhale, and connect with like-minded women who truly understand. Guided by meaningful discussion and collective support, this circle encourages emotional release, self-reflection, and inner renewal.

The Healing Circle will take place from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by time to stay, eat, connect, and enjoy music with a DJ in a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere.

Hosted by Sheena, Owner of Glow Up Body Treatments, this healing circle is designed to help women reconnect with both their inner and outer beauty, fostering balance, confidence, and self-love from the inside out.
