New Moon Grief Circle with Katt Brooks Sunday, January 18th | 6:00–7:30pm Chelsea Wellness Market
The first new moon of the year invites us into stillness, intention, and renewal.
January can feel quiet, heavy, and tender — a liminal space between what has been and what is beginning to emerge. This new moon offers an opportunity to gently honour our grief while planting seeds for healing in the year ahead.
Join Holistic Grief Coach Katt Brooks for an intimate New Moon Grief Circle — a softly held evening of cacao, meditation, reflection, and shared presence.
Together, we’ll create space to acknowledge loss in all its forms, listen to the wisdom of grief, and set intentions for how we wish to be supported as we step into a new cycle.
