Join us for a magical beach evening under the new moon—mindful movement, soothing breath, and a community vibe that leaves you lighter and more connected. ✨
What to Expect
- All-levels beach yoga to loosen up, strengthen, and balance.
- Guided new-moon meditation to calm the mind and reset intentions.
- Chill music + ocean soundtrack as the moon rises.
- Big, welcoming community—whether it’s your first time or your 100th, you’ll feel at home.
- ✨ Leave feeling relaxed, clear, and recharged.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat or beach towel
- Water
- Light layer (it can get breezy)
- Optional: journal & pen for intentions (and a small flower or crystal if you like)
