Brush & Breath is an intimate evening retreat at Cypress Moon Art, Visual & Performing Arts Studio, thoughtfully curated to invite stillness, presence, and creative flow. This experience weaves together the healing resonance of sound with the meditative practice of art-making.

The evening begins with a guided sound bath meditation led by Kenisha Le’Cole, using crystal singing bowls to calm the nervous system, center the body, and open space for reflection. From this grounded state, guests will transition into a Reiki-infused painting experience led by local artist Dawn Tarr-Scott, creating a luminous angel artwork infused with intention and gentle energy.

No prior experience in meditation or painting is needed. This retreat is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and deeply nourishing — a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and create from a place of softness rather than expectation.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy curated small bites and beverages, thoughtfully provided to complement the experience.
