On January 21, 2026, we’re bringing together four meticulously crafted courses and a historic lineup from Old Forester — the first bourbon brand to be sold exclusively in sealed bottles, and a name that has never stopped setting the standard.
Each dish is intentionally designed to complement a distinct Old Forester expression, guiding you through a progression of flavors — from bright and nuanced to deep, rich, and lingering. Expect bold smokehouse technique, refined plating, and pairings that elevate both the glass and the plate.
