These tips are about training your mind to be more present, efficient, and effective in everyday life. Focus on small, meaningful self-care habits, learn simple mindfulness techniques, foster self-kindness and emotional resilience, and discover easy tools to manage stress. With an easy-to-follow plan, you’ll feel empowered to make positive changes quickly and effortlessly.
Mike Masse is a mindfulness consultant, public speaker and best selling author who specializes in mindfulness based stress reduction. For over a decade, he has been teaching adults, youth and children mindfulness skills to help reduce their levels of stress and anxiety.
