Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the delicious world of homemade calzones.
Nonna Rosa Maria was born in Sicily, came to America as a young girl and passed culinary school exams with self taught knowlege. She lead cooking tours throughout Italy, owned a Deli & Restaurant and now enjoys sharing her skills and recipes with others.
She’ll be guiding us with her favorite tips and this family recipe along with stories of her childhood in Sicily. This in-person class is perfect for anyone who loves Italian food, nostalgic culture and wants to impress friends with authentic flavors. Bring your appetite and a smile — it’s going to be a tasty, fun time!
