You are invited to our community open mic where you are encouraged to share your passion, your craft, and simply put, yourself! This is a space where all mediums are welcome and you should feel empowered to stand out. The purpose of this open mic is to expand our community once again, so consider this a call to all my fellow poets, storytellers, jugglers, singers, and everything in between. Let’s connect while on and off the stage. Real talk!
Community Guidelines:
1. Please arrive promptly. We have the venue reserved for a limited amount of time. We encourage you to sign up ahead of time to reserve your place on the list. Feel free to reach out to Tina.
2. This is a new community space that is offering the use of the venue for free. Please be mindful and kindly consider donating to Nomadic Bookshop to support the future use for continued special events.
3. This is a safe space for all. Respect the mic and respect each other. Each person sharing will have 5 minutes on the stage. If time permits, we can allow for extra time.
4.We strongly encourage you to connect with someone new! Arrive with a friend and leave with even more friends!Looking forward to seeing you there!
