Join us at Mesa Personal Training for a Vision Board & Goal Setting Workshop designed to help you reflect, reset, and map out what you want 2026 to look like.
We’ll begin with a guided goal-setting worksheet to help you brainstorm meaningful goals related to health, fitness, mindset, lifestyle, and personal growth. From there, you’ll create your own vision board to serve as a visual reminder of what you’re working toward all year long.
This workshop is open to everyone – Mesa Personal Training clients, Be Connected members, and anyone new who’s simply looking for a positive, motivating way to start the year. No artistic experience required and no pressure – just a relaxed, encouraging environment to dream, create, and connect.
What to bring (if you have them):
- Magazines
- Printed photos, quotes, or images
- Any extra supplies you’d like to use
What we’ll provide:
- Poster paper
- Markers
- Scissors & glue sticks
- Stickers and other creative supplies
