From 10:30–11:30 AM, General Admission guests are invited into a whimsical winter wonderland, where every moment is planned with enchantment in mind. Children will gather for cozy story time, enjoy a live singing performance from the Ice Queen herself, create a charming keepsake picture-frame craft, play themed games, and finish the morning with an upbeat dance party that brings everyone to their feet. It’s joyful, interactive, and absolutely magical from beginning to end!

For families who want an extra-special experience, VIP tickets unlock an exclusive early entry at 10:00 AM. VIP guests will be welcomed into a private Princess Coronation Ceremony, complete with a beautiful tiara and special one-on-one photo opportunities with the Ice Sisters before the main event begins. It’s the perfect way to make your child feel like true royalty.

• Performers remain in character and are not responsible for supervising or disciplining children.
• Respectful behavior is expected. Guests who are disruptive may be asked to leave without refund.
