Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body – an opportunity to connect to your inner and outer worlds.
Please note – doors will open at 6:15pm and we will begin promptly at 6:45pm
Participants are invited to lay down on Carini’s luxurious, handmade carpets and a collection of rare authentic vintage Moroccan rugs and Tibetan blankets, which will also be available for purchase. You are welcome to bring any additional items for your comfort including eye masks, pillows or mats.
