Join us on Thursday, January 29th in The River Room, second floor. The themed dinner will feature our guest, Charles R. Eisendrath and his book, Downstream From Here. Each participant will receive a free copy of the book as well as an up close and personal experience with Charles. 
Please review the menu as dietary alterations are not accommodated. Menu subject to change at chef’s discretion.

1st Course:
Cherry, Duck, & Goat Cheese Tart 
Maple Glazed Salmon with Creamed Kale 
House Bacon – Maple Cherry Glaze

2nd Course:
Maple Pork 3 Ways: 
Garlic- Sage Sausage, 
Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin, 
Rosemary Smoked Loin

Tickets will be $85 per person for this dinner.
A deposit of $40 is required for purchasing a ticket. A final bill will be presented to you at the end of the dinner. Tax and Gratuity will be added to this bill.
