Meet Sara GalassiniSara is an explorer of sound as ritual, voice as vessel, and sound as pathway to inner resonance.Her work unfolds at the intersection of sound, music, meditation and healing — an alchemical meeting of ancestral vibration and contemporary poetics.She invites listening as an inner pilgrimage and a sacred act of becoming. Her SonicShanti sound practice aims to dissolve the boundaries between the seen and the unseen, cultivating a space where the nervous system can come to rest and restore, the mind can quiet, the body can re-calibrate and the self can experience a wider sense of conscious awareness. Inspired by ancient healing traditions, Sara loves to explore portals for collective and personal spiritual attunement. She understands vibration as the fundamental energy and expression of everything and a powerful channel for healing.By working in theater, dance and music, Sara harnesses her knowledge in somatics, the voice, text and sound to create improvised soundscapes that respond to the energy of the moment and the group. By following her inner guidance, Sara plays to dissolve hidden tensions and invite the participants to resonate with themselves in a field of vibrations that make transformation possible.SARA’S CERTIFICATIONS2016- Certified as a Sound Haling Practitioner – Sound and Music Institute program, Open Center, Manhattan.
