Esta clase es válida como parte de 8 horas de capacitación para renovar su tarjeta SST o 16 horas de capacitación para renovar su tarjeta de Supervisor SST O su tarjeta OSHA
Las tarjetas SST y de Supervisor SST vencen cada 5 años. Para renovarlas, debe asistir a 8 horas de capacitación para la tarjeta SST o a 16 horas para la tarjeta Supervisor SST y solicitar la renovación ANTES de la fecha de vencimiento de 5 años. Si no lo hace antes de la fecha de vencimiento, perderá la posibilidad de renovarla y deberá asistir nuevamente a todas las horas de capacitación (40 horas para SST y 62 horas para Supervisor SST) para obtener una nueva tarjeta SST o Supervisor SST.
Para que las 8 o 16 horas de capacitación cuenten para la renovación, deben realizarse dentro del año posterior a la solicitud de renovación de su tarjeta. Si alguna capacitación tiene más de un año de antigüedad al momento de solicitar la renovación, dicha capacitación no se contabilizará para las horas de renovación.
Al completar esta capacitación, todos los estudiantes recibirán un certificado de finalización de 4 horas en Prevención de Caídas y la clase se registrará en el perfil SST de Training Connect de cada estudiante para obtener créditos.
