If you just require a companion to attend the show and you are ok with standing or going up stairs to the balcony seating please book a ticket of your choice with Ticketmaster and contact access@o2institutebirmingham.co.uk with your reference number within the hour of booking. Please explain what your needs are for a companion ticket. If you require the wheelchair accessible platform please reserve your space with the venue before booking your ticket, your space can only be reserved by emailing access@o2institutebirmingham.co.uk and these are offered on a first come first served basis. The venue is unable to offer a companion ticket once the show has sold out and cannot issue them on secondary market sales. Service Hours: Monday – Friday 12pm to 5pm.
Over 14s only. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Under 25s require ID to purchase alcohol. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.
