Et puis il y a Charlie… Charlie c’est l’ami imaginaire que Daniel a créé pour tromper son épouse sans éveiller les soupçons. Charlie c’était l’idée parfaite pour ne perdre ni sa femme, ni sa situation, ni son appartement, ni sa maîtresse. Jusqu’au jour où Catherine, sa femme, exaspérée peut-être, suspicieuse sans doute, demanda à le rencontrer…Pour sauver son mariage Daniel va donc devoir inviter à dîner un inconnu qui l’espace d’une soirée jouera le rôle de son meilleur ami.
