Walk-In Wednesday is an in-person homebuyer strategy session designed to help you understand exactly where you stand in the home-buying process and what steps to take next.

During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with my preferred mortgage lender to review your options using a soft credit pull, which does not impact your credit score. If you qualify, you may receive a pre-approval on site. If not, you’ll walk away with a personalized Mortgage Readiness Plan outlining the specific actions needed to become pre-approved when you reapply.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about mortgage options such as 100% financing and down payment assistance programs available to qualified buyers, all explained clearly and without pressure.
