Come Join Us for Sunday’s Story: It’s an Authentically Raw Event
I start the event by telling my “Story” of how I dealt with traumatic events; beginning at 8 years old.
I was dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidal attempts and thoughts.
I use to think there was no hope for me, no way I was going achieve anything that I wanted to do. However; I had enough of me being negative towards myself and allowing others to do the same. I began a new journey.
By using Tiny Steps (minute by minute) with the help of faith-based scriptures, daily self motivational tools, therapeutic arts of expressions and giving myself grace I’ve been able to step out on faith and believe that all things are possible; especially HOPE.
I’ll be doing 4 free events in April on the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th at the Franklin Library in South Minneapolis with light refreshments.
