Join us for Ladies Night at Ember ✨
Every Wednesday from 7–9 PM, we host a women-only sauna night. This is a space for you to connect with like-minded women in the community, unwind, and recharge
We’ve made a few changes to the structure of sister sauna night- please refer to the schedule below for details. We ask that everyone arrive 5 mins early so we can get started at 7pm.
7:00-7:15: Welcome circle in the yurt
7:15-8:15: Open sauna & cold plunge time
8:15-9:00: Guided meditation and sharing circle (optional)
