Wine & Chocolate is an instructor-led pairing exploration designed to bring together two of life’s great pleasures in an approachable, engaging way. The experience emphasizes discovery and confidence, helping you understand why certain pairings feel seamless while others fall flat.

Led by Suzanne Bonham, DipWSET, participants explore curated wine and chocolate pairings selected to illustrate balance, contrast, and harmony. Through guided tasting and facilitated discussion, you will examine how sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and texture interact on the palate, from darker chocolate styles paired with structured wines to lighter chocolate pairings alongside sparkling styles.

Learning is woven in naturally through clear, conversational instruction without rules or pressure. Wine and chocolate are used as tools for guided exploration, supporting understanding while keeping the experience relaxed and inviting.
