This session focuses on learning how to pump, build a small milk supply, and help baby adjust before the transition.

Returning to work while breastfeeding often raises many practical questions:

When should I start pumping?
How much milk do I need to store?
How do I help my baby learn to take a bottle?

This session focuses on preparation and skill-building before returning to work. Participants will learn how breast milk production works, how to practice pumping, and how to begin building a small milk supply before returning to work.

During this session we will explore:

• when and how to begin pumping
• how to build a small milk supply before returning to work
• introducing baby to expressed milk
• preparing caregivers to support feeding routines

Participants will also complete a pumping preparation plan to help them feel more confident before returning to work.

Hosted by Be Well Women’s Wellness Collective.
