Soo dhawoow. This is the first of what were building into a new annual event for Somali millennials in Minnesota.
This night is about stepping away for a moment – coming together, reconnecting, and enjoying a space that feels familiar.
Were bringing together Somali millennials – professionals, creatives, and community – for a night centered around the music and energy we grew up on. Expect throwbacks, good conversations, and a room full of people who share the same era.
A night to dress up, take photos, and actually enjoy yourself.

- Music: 90s Somali classics, Y2K R&B, and hip-hop
- Age requirement: Born 19861996 (ages 2939 ONLY)
- IDs will be checked at the door (non-negotiable)
- Dress code: Semi-formal
- Women: diraacs and cultural attire encouraged
- Mocktails and light appetizers available
- Limited capacity
