This session helps parents build a realistic pumping routine that fits their work schedule and environment.

Once you return to work or school, the biggest challenge often becomes managing the logistics of pumping during the day.

Where will I pump?
How often will I pump?
How will I store my milk?

This session focuses on the practical side of breastfeeding and working. Participants will explore strategies for building a workday pumping routine that supports both milk supply and work responsibilities.

Topics include:

• finding time and space to pump during the workday
• building a pumping schedule
• storing and transporting breast milk
• making pumping part of a daily routine

Participants will also complete a workday pumping plan designed to help them feel prepared and organized before returning to work.
