ET PENDANT CE TEMPS SIGMUND FREDONNEEn 2012, suite a` l’affaire Strauss Kahn, j’ai cre´e´ “Et pendant ce temps Simone veille”, qui raconte l’histoire de la condition fe´minine en France depuis les anne´es 1950 a` nos jours, a` travers quatre ligne´es de femmes sur quatre ge´ne´rations. Ce spectacle constituait pour moi un devoir de me´moire pour rappeler d’ou` l’on vient afin d’e´viter d’y retourner. Un jour un ami m’a glisse´ a` l’oreille : « Tu devrais faire la me^me chose pour les hommes ! ». D’emble´e l’ide´e m’a se´duite. Mon ide´e du fe´minisme a toujours e´te´ d’avancer ensemble, hommes et femmes main dans la main. Mais autant quand vous mettez trois femmes sur un banc pendant une heure, elles se racontent leur vie, autant des hommes re´unis sur un banc pendant une vie se racontent a` peine une heure ! J’ai donc voulu, dans une tonalite´ humoristique et musicale, tenter de percer le silence des hommes et leurs difficulte´s a` e^tre homme a` travers l’histoire, en entrant dans l’univers masculin en accompagnant quatre ligne´es d’hommes sur plusieurs ge´ne´rations, avec en fil rouge le personnage de Miss Freud, conteuse de cette e´volution de la condition masculine et point de jonction entre les diffe´rents personnages masculins.
