Safe, Seen, Supported: Trauma-Informed Approaches in I/DD Care
The way we support individuals who have experienced trauma matters. Join us on April 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM (Central Time) at The Pavilion at John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit MO for a powerful day of learning designed to transform the way care is understood and delivered. Registration will begin at 8:00 am.
This conference brings together experts and professionals committed to strengthening trauma-informed practices for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). While the focus will be applied to serving those with I/DD the topic and content will be relevant to serving anyone who has experienced trauma. Through engaging presentations and real-world insights, you will gain practical tools to help create environments where people feel truly safe, respected, and supported.
