Once you have purchased your General Admission ticket, call our box office at (313) 230-2436 and let us know the date of the show you are attending and any additional accommodations you of your party may need. When you arrive the day of the show, you can notify us of your arrival by calling our ADA coordinator at 313-230-2434 or head directly to the front of the line and our Guest Services team will assist you into the venue. At this time our team will escort you to the ADA section located on the right side of the main floor. If you need assistance at any time, there is a Guest Services team member assigned to the ADA section that can help you with anything you might need. Due to the historic nature of the building, the Balcony is accessible by stairs only.

The Shelter is a general admission venue. Purchase any ticket and accommodations will be provided at the door. To better accommodate your needs, feel free to contact a Shelter representative for further assistance with your ticket purchase. Please note: No accessible restroom is available. Please call the venue to see exact times that it will be open in order to accommodate any requests that you may have. On performance nights, available tickets will be sold at the door.
