Soul Circle is returning — and we’re gathering once again in sacred space at The Urban Ashram. What began as a small circle of seekers before 2020 blossomed into an online sanctuary over the years. Now, we’re weaving those luminous threads of connection back together in person — where we can sit in circle, share energy, and remember who we truly are.

This Soul Circle will be devoted to the ancient and powerful practice of shamanic drumming.

Across cultures and traditions, the drum has been used as a sacred instrument for thousands of years. Its steady rhythm mirrors the heartbeat of the Earth, helping quiet the mind, awaken intuition, and guide us into deeper states of presence and connection.

Together, we will enter a rhythmic journey through drum, breath, and movement, allowing the vibrations to ground our energy, release what is stagnant, and open space for clarity, insight, and renewal.

Throughout the evening, we will also weave in light on-the-mat experiences, creating opportunities to relax deeply, receive energetic support, and integrate the vibrations of the drum within the body.

This gathering is not about performance — it is about presence, connection, and shared rhythm.
