Paolo Scavino is a historic, family-run winery in the Barolo region of Piemonte, Italy, founded in 1921 in Castiglione Falletto by Lorenzo Scavino and his son Paolo. The estate farms approximately 30 hectares of vineyards across many prized Barolo crus, with a focus on wines that express the purity and complexity of their terroirs. Enrica Scavino represents the fourth generation, working alongside her sister Elisa to continue the family’s legacy. Guided by the vision of their father, Enrico Scavino, the winery has earned an international reputation for its refined and expressive Barolos.
