Celebrate Earth Day with a global, plant-based potluck and an inspiring community conversation!
Join us on Saturday, April 25 at 6:30 PM at First Unitarian Universalist Church for an evening of delicious food and meaningful connection. We’ll be sharing plant-based dishes from around the world, highlighting the diversity, creativity, and sustainability of compassionate cuisine.
We’re also honored to welcome Andy Escobar, Campaign Manager for the Coalition for Environment, Equity and Resilience, who will speak about resilience hubs—community-centered spaces designed to support neighborhoods during climate emergencies and strengthen local connections year-round.
