**Air Outlook Annual BBQ Cook-Off**

*Back for Year 2… and we’re just getting started.*

Last year was too good not to run it back… so we’re making it official. This is now an annual tradition, and this year we’re turning up the heat.

Whether you’re coming to compete, eat, or just hang out… this is one of those events you don’t want to miss.

**Cook-Off Categories**

**Appetizer**

* You bring your own ingredients and meat

* Get creative and set the tone early

**Entrées (Provided by Air Outlook)**

* Chicken Wings

* Pork Tenderloin

* Pork Ribs

**Optional Dessert **

* Not required, but highly encouraged

* Must be cooked on a grill or smoker

**Payouts**

**Overall Winners (Combined Score of Appetizer + All 3 Meats):**

* Grand Champion: $1,000

* Reserve: $700

* 3rd Place: $500

* 4th Place: $400

* 5th Place: $300

* 6th Place: $200

**Dessert (Separate Category):**

* 1st Place: $300

No single category wins it all. It’s about showing up strong across the board.
