I voluntarily assume all risks and release Rooted in Women’s Wellness, its organizers, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages related to my participation.

I confirm that I am responsible for my own health, safety, and personal belongings, and I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary at my own expense.
