Drawing from poetry, folk tradition, contemporary choral works, and popular song, this program features music by Anders Edenroth, Bob Chilcott, Zoë Mulford, Paul Simon, and others. Texts by Maya Angelou, Naomi Shihab Nye, Walt Whitman, and Gerard Manley Hopkins offer powerful perspectives on community, compassion, and what it means to live well.
Through these works, individual voices come together to form something larger—echoing the ways music builds connection and carries meaning beyond the moment.
