Come to The Cozy Castle and take a culinary walk through the City of Light.
We will enjoy a classic French dinner of French bistro salad, French bread, Coq au Vin, (chicken brined and braised with red wine, lardons, mushrooms and garlic), Pommes Anna, (potatoes with herbs and butter) and friandese desserts (cream puff, lemon curd fruit tart and macaroon), along with a champagne toast.
We will listen to French bistro music as we learn about the recipes and share stories from the most romantic city in the world featured in the book In Love With Paris.
