Executive Chef Andres Padilla will lead guests through a multi‑course menu that highlights the season’s finest ingredients, prepared with the fire‑driven technique that defines his culinary style. The experience continues with a curated selection of wines from Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. A representative from the winery will guide guests through each pairing, explaining the character of the wines, the philosophy behind their production, and how each pour elevates the flavors of the menu.
