Astro-Herbal Horoscopes at The Center For Mind Body & Spirit – St. Louis, MO

Astrology describes the archetypal patterns moving through our lives, while plants often embody those same patterns in the natural world.

In this workshop we’ll explore the zodiac through plant allies, discovering how astrology, herbal traditions, and the body mirror one another.

Participants will begin by choosing a plant oracle card and a small herbal sample that corresponds with that card. From there we’ll explore the zodiac archetype connected to that plant and experience it through a gentle somatic practice while holding the herb itself.

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a simple way to understand astro-herbal horoscopes—seeing how the sky, the plants, and the body reflect the same living patterns.

No astrology or herbal experience is required.
