By purchasing a ticket and participating in any activities at the MOV Fitness Expo, I acknowledge and agree as follows:

I understand that participation in physical, fitness, or wellness-related activities involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dehydration, overexertion, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless MOV Fitness Expo, its organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, staff, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while attending or participating in activities at the event.

I certify that I am physically fit to participate and that I will participate at my own risk. I agree that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional prior to engaging in any physical activity if I have health concerns.
