Spring Memorial Annual Remembrance Ceremony at Desert Botanical Garden – Phoenix, AZ

Families are invited to gather in a supportive, compassionate space to honor and remember children who are deeply loved and always held in our hearts.

This annual Spring Remembrance Ceremony offers families an opportunity to reflect, connect and support one another through shared moments of care and community. Through thoughtfully guided memorial activities, families will have space to remember their child in ways that feel personal and meaningful.

The day will include a photo tribute, age-appropriate memorial activities for children (ages 4 – 10) and time to gather together as families. A reception will follow, offering an opportunity for connection and togetherness.

Photo Tribute Information

Families are welcome to submit a photo of their child to be included in the memorial tribute. This is an optional opportunity to honor your child in a shared and respectful way.

• One photo per child, please
• Final submission deadline: Monday, April 27, 2026
• Please avoid collages, photos with writing or graphics, photocopies, or newspaper prints
• You may also email scoakley@phoenixchildrens.com if you would like to use a previously submitted photo.
