Come and join us as we practice yoga, affirmations, and complete an arts and crafts project! All ages welcome!
Join us for a fun and enriching day at the Creative Suitland Arts Center! Bring your family and friends to enjoy some awesome yoga sessions, arts and crafts, and great community. Mark your calendar for May 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Eastern Time). Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this event is all about connecting and learning together.
Activities:
- Storybook reading with author, Sharayah Williams
- All levels yoga session (accessible for children) – each participant will receive a free yoga mat. Session will take place in a studio setting
- Arts & crafts – participants will be provided with painting supplies to design their own book cover. Tables and chairs will be provided. The session will take place in a classroom setting.
- Writing and affirmations activity. The session will take place in a classroom setting. Writing utensils and paper will be provided.
