Crispy Scallion Pancakes Making Class at Boston Bonbon Headquarters – Cohasset, MA

Taught by native from China, this class will teach you how to knead, make and cook Crispy Scallion Pancakes from scratch! We have been working hard on perfecting this Chinese food staple, and we are desperate to share with you our top favorite sauces! Our chef will be on hand to help, whilst giving you some useful kitchen tips + traditional Chinese food culture. At the end of the class, you will sit around our dining table and sink into your creations with new and old friends, using your newly acquired chopstick holding skills!

CLASSES INCLUDE:

• In this 2 hours lesson, we’ll learn, cook and eat Crispy Scallion Pancakes + Other Traditional Appetizers in a fun and causal environment!
• Learn how to make traditional Chinese Scallion Pancakes + Our Favorite Sauces + Asian Pickle Salad. Hands-On! From Scratch!
• Learn how to hold chopsticks properly!
• Learn more about Chinese cuisine & kitchen tips.
• Recipe to take home.
• All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
• Vegan/Vegetarian options available
• No experience is required!
• Feel free to bring your own beer/wine (BYOB or BYOW)!

CLASS INFO:

• 2-10 people per class.
• Group rates and private sessions available. Contact bostonbonbon@gmail.com.
• Participants can be sitting during the entire class. Standing is optional.
• Parking is available nearby.
• If participants are under 18 years of age, and without accompanying parents, please notify us ahead of time via email at bostonbonbon@gmail.com. We will need to send you a form to fill out some basic contact information.
• A 100% refund, less a $10 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise, unless the class is canceled by Boston Bonbon. In this event, 100% of the class cost will be refunded. Note: Eventbrite does not refund its fees when issuing refunds (full or partial) to the original form of payment. Refunds issued as Eventbrite credit to be used in a future Boston Bonbon class will include fees.
