Celebrate the season at Earth Fest 2026 — a free, family-friendly community celebration dedicated to protecting our planet and growing a greener Detroit.

Bring your friends, bring the kids, and join us for an afternoon packed with music, food, creativity, and hands-on fun. Enjoy free food (while supplies last), groove to live music from Detroit’s own Urban Art Orchestra (2 PM–3 PM), explore environmental resources, connect with local vendors, and take part in Earth-friendly crafts and live demonstrations.

Want to get your hands dirty (in the best way)? Help us beautify our community garden with seed balls and art! You’ll also learn simple, practical ways to grow your own green thumb this season.

This is more than an event, it’s a chance to connect, learn, and celebrate sustainability together!

Vendor Information

Interested in being a vendor? We’re seeking tabling guests, activity hosts, and vendors whose work aligns with natural, sustainable, conservation, healthy, green, or environmentally conscious products and services. We welcome creativity and would love for you to:

• Host an informational table
• Lead a hands-on demonstration
• Facilitate an earth-friendly craft or activity
• Offer sustainable or health-focused products or resources
• Show off a sustainable project you’ve been working on in the community

If you are a health/wellness vendor, you must be able to demonstrate how your demonstration/tabling relates to the health of Earth. For example, if you are interested in giving the community resources about asthma, we would love for you to be able to relate that to air quality. If you want to give information about diabetes, you should be able to relate that to healthy produce, etc. to ensure we are informing community members about how the health of our planet/natural resources directly impact our health and wellbeing.

We also ask that vendors try to be as low-waste as possible. We will be recycling plastic if it is used, and we’ll try our best to use compostable/reclaimed/reused materials where applicable, and we hope you will, too!

There is no cost to participate as a vendor unless you require a table rental, which we can provide for $10.
