Farm-to-Table Dinner Experience at Newfield Blue Barn – Palm City, FL

Step into the heart of the farm for an unforgettable evening inside our beautiful Newfield Barn.

This is more than dinner–it’s a true farm-to-table celebration. The evening begins with a guided tour led by our farm team, who will walk you through our growing spaces, share the story of the season, and offer an intimate look at where your meal begins. Connect with the land, the harvest, and the care that shapes every ingredient you’ll enjoy.

From there, gather in the barn for handcrafted cocktails, live music, and time to mingle with fellow guests in a warm and welcoming setting. Then, take your seat for a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu by Taylor Wilson, owner of Palm City Social and The Gafford. Showcasing peak-harvest vegetables and ingredients gathered straight from our farm, each course reflects the rhythm of the season–fresh, vibrant, and deeply rooted in place.

1st Course: Farm Tomato and Charred Pepper Salad

Arugula, smoked country ham, pickled onion, sourdough crumb, NF green goddess dressing

2nd Course: Bourbon Lacquered Short Rib

Braised collards, roasted root vegetable puree, farm herb chimichurri – served with southern style cornbread (assuming parsley, oregano)

3rd Course: Honey Infused Buttermilk Pie

Farm berry coulis, cultured cream, candied pecan, & honeycomb
