Celebrate the flavors, aromas and textures of the fruits and vegetables of Spring. With the assistance of our instructors, you and your small team will produce  a memorable, meatless meal that features  seasonal produce and easily mastered techniques!

For ages 18 & up. Are you 21 years of age or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.

• Farro with Balsamic-Rosemary Shallots & Grapes over Roasted Portobellos

• Baby Kale Salad with Pine Nuts, Parmesan & Lemon Vinaigrette

• Pan-fried Haloumi with Oregano & Truffle Oil

• Grilled Flatbread with Chili Oil & Green Charmoula

• Chocolate Meringue Cake with Mixed Berry Coulis

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
