Accessibility customers in Camping Plus should purchase a Camping Plus Ticket, Essential Companions should just purchase the Camping Plus Upgrade. Live Nation and VIP Nation will use their reasonable efforts to assist with any such special accessibility requirements or concerns.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. Age Restrictions Under 5s (ages 0-4 years) are allowed for free-no child ticket required, but must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. 5-12 years olds must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult & each child will require a Child Ticket. 13-15 must purchase an ADULT ticket & be accompanied by a parent / guardian over 18. Note: Download Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children. Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 12 but holding a Child Ticket. CAMPING PLUS IS NOT VALID WITH CAMPERVAN PASSES Camping Plus Upgrades are required for Essential Companions.
