During non-show weeks, the box office is typically open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the summer months (June through August), the box office will be open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. When there is a show the Box Office opens 2 hours prior to showtime.
Parking for the Detroit Opera House is located at 1426 Broadway St., Detroit, MI. Guests are encouraged to purchase parking in advance through Parkwhiz.com for convenient access on the day of the performance. All patrons must have a ticket for entry. No children under 5 years old will be admitted, and lap children are not permitted. Guests who disrupt the enjoyment of other patrons will be asked to leave the theatre. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for disruptions or removals. PLEASE NOTE, THIS PERFORMANCE WILL OBSERVE A NO-BAG POLICY. BAGS, BACKPACKS OR LARGE PURSES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE VENUE.
