Groups without Children or Teen tickets arriving at Family Camping/Family Campervan will be re-directed to General Camping/ Campervan regardless of the ticket type held. If you are camping with another group comprising people aged 16 and under, you are welcome to do so – please just make sure you arrive with them to the Family Campsite. The disabled people’s campsite and car park is a separate area within the guest campsite. Each disabled customer may have up to three people camping with them, and one car. You may camp in a larger group in any of the public campsites. There is no electrical hook up or water hook up and generators are not permitted. There will be a charging point for electric wheelchairs in the campsite. Exact locations will be given on site for toilets and showers. There will be adapted toilets at each public toilet block in the arena and disabled campsite.

Only buy a ticket for the customer who requires accessible facilities and any friends or family attending. Do not buy a ticket for your essential companion as this cannot be refunded. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over who must remain on site throughout the weekend as the under 16-year-olds guardian. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. Under 5s do not need a ticket. Children 5-12 years need a child ticket. 13-15 year olds need an Accompanied Teen ticket. 16 and above need and adult ticket. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site. There are no Accompanied Teen day tickets. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.
