Most access codes are generally for Thomas train tickets only and are invalid for Saturday and Sunday train ride times between 11:00am – 1:59pm local time. *Event is rain or shine. *Event site hours are 9:30am to 5:00pm *Tickets are valid for the date and departure time printed on the ticket only *Arrive at least 45 minutes early, boarding lines form 15 minutes before each departure time. *Boarding announcements will be made throughout the day and passengers will be instructed to assemble at the boarding queue. *Seating for Thomas is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no reserved seating on the Thomas train. Parties wishing to sit together should be standing together in the boarding queue. *Train depart on time *Children under the age of 1 do not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a parent/guardian. *Tickets DO NOT include admission to the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania nor does it include admission to the regular steam train. *All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. *Railcars are Historic Coach Class and Open-Air Accommodations. *Due to the historic nature of our railcars, Strasburg Rail Road’s passenger train does not meet current Americans with Disabilities Act standards with respect to accessibility. For individuals who use a wheelchair, a mobility device, or have difficulty navigating steps, we do have a mobile lift. (Please note: The mobile lift has a combined weight limitation of 400 pounds).
