Tickets are sold directly to you as a consumer; purchases by businesses or traders in breach of these terms will be cancelled. 3. Tickets become invalid if resold or offered for resale unless through the Artist’s official resale channels or approved fan-to-fan exchange. Tickets from third parties or unauthorised outlets are invalid and may lead to refusal of entry. 4. Ticket sales are limited to 8 per person. 5. Only tickets purchased via approved agents are valid. The venue may refuse admission.
The venue is accesible for disabled patrons, with ten wheelchair spaces, a lift to every floor and an infa red system for the hard of hearing. There are a number of priority spaces for blue badge holders near the entrances to The Sage Gateshead and by the lifts in the car park.
