The guided tour kicks off with a quick, few-minute overview of the history of Nougalet, the oldest chocolate factory in the region.
Visitors will settle into a screening room to watch a short video to understand Nougalet’s activity and growth.
Our guide then takes visitors to each of the 10 workshops to describe each step in the production of a Nougalet product.
Since production is artisanal, the tour’s goal is to understand what the artisans do behind these glass windows.
The workshops have few machines; people are at the heart of the activity.
The tour ends with a tasting of the chocolate factory’s flagship products (chocolates, spreads, etc.)
You can freely access the shop.
You can also hang out at the chocolate bar, where you’ll find our chocolate fountains.
The tour lasts about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes depending on the group (and can be adjusted on request).
