Begin your journey with a convenient hotel pickup that takes you to Ocean Ranch Park, where professional guides will greet and saddle you up on a Costa Rican stepping horse. As you ride through the dense forest, keep an eye out for white-faced monkeys, toucans, and macaws in their natural habitat.

The trail leads you to the stunning 180-foot El Encanto waterfall. Feel the cool mist from the waterfall as you take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding thickly forested landscape. Along the way, admire ancient groves of trees and vibrant flowers that adorn the path.

Your adventure concludes at a remote valley ranch, where you can kick off your shoes and relax. Enjoy fresh pineapple and a refreshing drink while soaking in the Jurassic Park-like setting. We will arrange and confirm your pick up time and place the day before your tour. It is helpful if you have the Whatsapp application on you cell phone so we can communicate in real time. Please send us a message to add you in our client lists for the day of your activity.
Pickups and drop-offs for only one person and/or for groups outside of this area please contact tour office for a transportation quote. Villa Caletas has a $65 additional charge for pick up. Transportation to and from the area of Tarcoles/Punta Leona must be quoted and can be up to a $90 additional cost. Transportation to and from Esterillos Este or Oest, Herradura can be quoted and can be up to an additional $60.
